Fast moving infrastructure work at Biratnagar Metropolitan is going on at night. The excessive heat and traffic flow in the day have been caused to work at night. However mayor Bhim Parajuli is trying to speed up of development construction works in the city. He himself instruct and monitor the ongoing projects though its mid-night.
Mayor Parajuli reaches to the sites every night to make sure that construction works have been on progress. He tells his story to Kendrabindu Online Media team why he is all doing this.
